DEVELOP BIM BASED COMPREHENSIVE FM (FACILITY MANAGEMENT) DATABASE, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE DATA REPOSITORY
THE CLIENT , through the implementation of this contract, will have the ability to effectively manage the PROJECT assets to lower the total life‐cycle costs over the life of the facility. AIDIGITS will develop a complete BIM-FM database that will host all the facility functions, spaces, tenants’ data, commercial agreements, rental agreements, space management requirements along with all the components, assets and documentation required to effectively manage and control the Facility Management process for such a modern building. AIDIGITS shall include all maintenance plans (preventive and corrective), maintenance and operations requirements, documentation, spare part lists and schedules.
BIM, the FM all O&M relevant workflows and databases shall facilitate an effective platform ready for integration with any future CAFM/ CMMS systems. Accordingly the execution of this contract shall lead to having an integrated building information database that will facilitate effective building management environment, enable coordinated commissioning activities and facility management functions such as maintenance management, preventive maintenance and asset management.
