With over 30 years of experience in Automation and Digital Construction, Issam has been a trailblazer in driving innovation and excellence across the industry. Since introducing the BIM approach and methodology at CCC in 1997, he has continuously led the transformation of digital construction practices. Today, he oversees three Centres of Excellence within CCC, supporting close to 240 BIM engineers and delivering advanced engineering and project controls services across the group.

His work focuses on developing comprehensive project controls strategies and BIM implementation plans, procedures, and standards. As a champion of quality and efficiency, Issam is also at the forefront of establishing QA/QC procedures and tools for BIM processes and design. In addition to his leadership roles, he directs the CCC BIM Academy and the BIM for Infrastructures Master Program in collaboration with the Zigurat Institute of Technologies.
