During construction all the design asset geometrical and non-geometrical information shall be gathered such that during the FM phase a complete project asset list and visual assets database is created. In this stage a 3D visual platform shall host all the project assets in an integrated BIM platform that enables the end use and the project team to have full overview on the assets, their location, spaces, supplier, installation data, drawings, documents, cost and the lifecycle expected performance values such as energy consumption, required power, operational temperature…etc.
