AIDIGITS shall make sure of the full handing over delivery from the construction stage, is this phase AIDIGITS shall ensure that the following documents and information are passed properly, accurately, compressively and digitally from the project team, the contractor, the subcontractors, suppliers and manufacturer:

• Document Lists
• As-Built Drawings
• Latest list of FFE and equipment per room
• Product data sheets (Catalogues)
• Warranties
• Operation and Maintenance manuals
• Necessary spare parts lists per equipment type (medical and non-medical)
• Preventive maintenance schedules
• Lists of activities/jobs scheduled to be conducted per equipment type i.e. tasks so as to sustain the facility (maintenance tasks, operational tasks Etc.)
• Necessary resources per activity/job
• Emergency Procedure
• System details: Equipment groups
• Information about occupational safety and environmental compliance issues
• Other documents and info related to operations, maintenance and asset management activities
