Upon Contract Award AIDIGITS is expected to receive from the client as much as possible of the information listed below and that are needed to create and develop the documents, standards, procedures and protocols for the BIM implementation in the project including but not limited to:

• Initial Bill of Materials
• Quantity Surveying / Calculations standards
• Project Controls systems (if Any)
• Electronic Document Management Solution details, workflows and procedures
• Document Naming Convention
• Asset Naming convention (if any)
• Project Organization Chart / Responsibility Matrix
• Reporting requirements
• QA/QC procedures and applicable standards
• QA/QC Forms
• Planning/scheduling procedure
• S/C’s management workflows
